The Poweo Activ’ 160 by Scaleo Medical is designed for patients who can actively participate in transfers, offering safe support for those with sufficient upper body strength and tonicity. With a 352 lbs safe working load, this stand assist lift is ideal for hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and even home care. It helps patients stand and transfer between chairs, toilets, or beds quickly and securely while reducing caregiver strain.

Featuring a unique elliptical lifting path, the Poweo Activ’ 160 imitates the body’s natural trajectory, making transitions smooth and less stressful. The foam-padded, height-adjustable knee support provides secure leg positioning, while non-slip footrests with lockable brakes ensure stability during transfers. Its compact cast aluminum base offers both strength and maneuverability, even in tight spaces.

Equipped with a Linak® 24V 2.9 Ah battery, the Poweo Activ’ 160 delivers over 60 transfers per charge, with a recharge time of 8–10 hours. For uninterrupted use, facilities are recommended to keep two batteries on hand. Caregivers can operate the lift via handheld remote control or the fixed control panel (depending on model), ensuring ease of use in different care settings.

The Poweo® Activ' patient lifters have a four (4) year warranty, except for the battery, the slings, and the control box, and the hand control is guaranteed for one (1) year.
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the order details. This means we’ve received your order and are starting to process it.
Your payment method is pre-authorized at checkout. You’ll only be charged once we verify and prepare your order for shipment.
After you order, we confirm stock availability.
We’ll keep you updated by email, including tracking info once your item ships.

Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.
Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.
After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,
Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.
Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)
Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.
You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.
