VLX Foam Mattress by Prius Healthcare USA

The VLX Foam Mattress by Prius Healthcare USA is a tri-layered foam mattress designed for superior comfort and support, available in widths of 36", 42", and 48", with a length of 80" and a depth of 6.5", and with a weight capacity that can support up to 500lbs.

The VLX features a full Visco elastic foam top layer for pressure relief and temperature control, a zoned middle layer with comfort foam a heel-soft foot section for targeted support, and a firm foam base for stability. Full-length side rails add extra safety, while the urethane stretch top cover is breathable and soft. The durable vinyl base cover protects the mattress.

  • This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser/user of our products and provides specific legal rights that may vary from state to state. The Manufacturer warrants the following mattresses and covers, when purchased new and unused, to be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and assembly for the specified time periods:

Important Notice: Due to health and hygiene regulations, this product is non-returnable if opened or used. We recommend verifying the dimensions and specifications before purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser/user of our products and provides specific legal rights that may vary from state to state. The Manufacturer warrants the following mattresses and covers, when purchased new and unused, to be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and assembly for the specified time periods:

VLX Mattress: 5 years (Foam), 1 year (Cover)

If any product is proven to be defective within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished components at the Manufacturer's discretion. This warranty does not cover labor or shipping charges associated with the installation or repair of replacement parts. The warranty period for any repaired or replaced product shall coincide with the original warranty period of the defective component.

For warranty service, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. If the product was purchased from a dealer, they must arrange for the Manufacturer to issue a return authorization. Any defective unit or parts must be disinfected before return and sent for warranty inspection within thirty days of the return authorization date, using the provided authorization number. C.O.D. shipments will be refused; please prepay all shipping charges.

Limitations and exclusions: This warranty does not apply to products subjected to negligence, accidents, improper operation, maintenance, or storage. Damage caused by events outside the Manufacturer's control, including carelessness, accidental damage, damage from sharp objects, tears, and excessive wear and tear, is not covered. Additionally, failure to follow cleaning instructions may void the warranty.

🚫 Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.

    • Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.

  • After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,

  • Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Please note:

  • Some orders are processed and paid immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

  • Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.


Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

  • A 25% restocking fee applies

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

  • Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

  • You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

  • If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.

By placing an order, you acknowledge our return, refund, and delivery policies. These terms will be provided to your financial institution in the event of a dispute.
