The 5” air mattress with a 3” densified fiber base provides a safety layer in case of power failure.
The Protekt Aire 3600 by Proactive Medical comes wit a 18 laser-cut air holes improve airflow to keep patients cool and dry, while the fluid-resistant quilted nylon cover adds comfort and durability. The adjustable airflow dial allows for customized pressure settings, and a 10-minute alternating cycle promotes even pressure distribution. The pillow top feature stabilizes the head and neck, while optional raised side rails provide extra security.

The Protekt Aire 3600 is Medicare code E0277 compliant, ensuring it meets high standards of medical care. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible products may be exchanged only.
After 14 days, all sales are considered final.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.
Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
