The mattress includes constant low pressure and pulsate modes for added comfort, while its cell-on-cell design prevents bottoming out during power failures.
Auto-firm mode allows quick inflation for easy bed entry and exit. Safety features like audio/visual alarms and an auto-lockout function enhance patient protection. Available in 80" Length, 36", 42 or 48" in width options and 8" thickness, it supports up to 660 lbs, making it ideal for long-term care.

If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Missed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses
Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.
Warranty
