The Protekt® Aire 7000 by proactive medical provides advanced pressure relief with lateral rotation, low air loss, alternating pressure, and pulsation. It reduces pressure points, improves circulation, and helps prevent skin breakdown with TrueCare™ Alternating technology and the iLAL™ moisture control system. The mattress includes constant low pressure and pulsate modes for added comfort, while its cell-on-cell design prevents bottoming out during power failures.
Auto-firm mode allows quick inflation for easy bed entry and exit. Safety features like audio/visual alarms and an auto-lockout function enhance patient protection. Available in 80" Length, 36", 42 or 48" in width options and 8" thickness, it supports up to 660 lbs, making it ideal for long-term care.

This mattress offers three turning modes—Left, Right, and Full Turn—with adjustable angles and cycle times from 10 to 95 minutes. TrueCare™ Alternating technology provides continuous comfort, while the iLAL™ system reduces moisture and skin heat. The mattress also features a Constant Low Pressure (CLP) mode for gentle pressure redistribution and a static mode for easy patient transfer.
The Protekt™ Aire 7000 stands out for its ease of maintenance and personalized care features. Its fluid-resistant, anti-microbial cover makes cleaning simple and ensures a hygienic environment for patients. The intuitive LED display allows caregivers to easily adjust settings, tailoring the mattress to each patient's specific needs.

The Protekt™ Aire 7000 mattress is designed for optimal skin protection and patient comfort with true low air loss technology that regulates heat and moisture, keeping the skin cool and dry to prevent breakdown. Its quiet yet powerful air pump delivers up to 52 liters per minute, ensuring consistent airflow without disrupting rest while maintaining necessary mattress adjustments.
The pulsate mode enhances comfort by periodically adjusting pressure, reducing pressure points, and promoting circulation. Featuring 18 bladder cells, the mattress prevents bottoming out during power failures, while the auto-firm mode allows for quick inflation and easy setup. Additional safety features include audio/visual alarms, a fluid-resistant and anti-microbial top cover for hygiene, and an auto-lockout function to prevent accidental setting changes.
