The Protekt Aire 6400 Low Air Loss/Alternating Pressure Mattress System by Proactive Medical is the preferred choice by clinicians treating pressure ulcers. This advanced mattress system combines low air loss and alternating pressure therapies to provide an unparalleled pressure redistribution surface. The mattress can support up to 450 lbs with a dimension of 80"L x 36"W x 8"H and available with raised foam rail.
It features the new Protekt Aire pump, which offers dual therapies and allows clinicians to customize treatment with four alternating times: 10, 15, 20, and 25 minutes. The mattress system includes a seat-inflate feature for enhanced protection in the fowler position, auto firm mode for quick inflation, and static mode for firm support during ingress or egress from the mattress.

The mattress includes 18 laser holes to keep the patient cool and dry, while the nylon top cover is fluid-resistant, anti-microbial/anti-bacterial, and quilted for added comfort. The pillow top feature minimizes unnecessary movement of the head and neck during alternating pressure cycles. The system is ideal for effective pressure ulcer management, providing a versatile and reliable solution for both patients and clinicians.
