The ROHO Hybrid Elite Single Compartment Wheelchair Cushion is like a special cushion that helps protect your skin and soft parts while also giving you a comfy and stable seat.
It's a cushion that's different from regular ones because it's made in a special way. It has something called "Shape Fitting Technology" that makes it fit and shapeyour body better. And it also has foam underneath to make you sit steadily.
This cushion is great for people who might have some issues with how they sit. It helps spread the pressure around your hips if they're not quite level.
ROHO Hybrid Elite SR single compartment cushion hydrostatically loads the ischial tuberosities and posterior shelf of the greater trochanters for those at risk of skin/soft tissue breakdown. The Elite SR provides an adjustable, low friction and shear environment that can aid in the prevention of pressure injuries caused by prolonged sitting.
Positioning: The user can achieve greater positioning ability with the ROHO Hybrid Elite SR cushion. The contoured foam base provides the opportunity for both lower extremity and pelvic alignment and control.
Stability: Its customized contoured foam base provides improved positioning of the pelvis and lower extremities, enhancing sitting posture. This added stability assists the individual in achieving a safer transfer in and out of their wheelchair.
Construction: Roho dry floatation air-filled, adjustable, cellular design insert (cushion insert) made of flame-resistant, black neoprene (not made with natural rubber latex) with nickel-plated brass inflation valve. Contoured foam base made of fluid-resistant polyeth.

Smart Check is a sensing device used in the setup and monitoring of Roho cushions. It is a feedback system that is intended to assist the user by saving an inflation range during cushion setup. A smart check must be connected to a cushion to indicate whether adjustments are needed to remain in the saved range.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Approved returns are subject to:

After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible products may be exchanged only.
After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.
Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.
We are happy to assist you with documentation, proof of purchase, and guidance throughout the warranty process. Warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and coverage.
After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.
