Pediatric Anterior Rollator with Standard or Telescopic Wheelbase
The Marcy Rollator Walker is a front-positioned pediatric rollator that supports natural walking and better posture with its adjustable forearm supports. It comes in two versions: the standard model has a fixed frame for steady support, while the telescopic model lets you adjust the length shorter for tight spaces or longer for extra stability. Both options are available with direction locks to help with straight-line walking.
Lightweight Rollator for Growing Children
Marcy comes in four sizes (0 to 3) and fits users from 16" to 38.5" tall. The handles and forearm supports adjust in height and width for a comfortable fit. It’s strong but lightweight Size 0 holds up to 44 lb and weighs just 9.2 lb, while Size 3 holds up to 143.3 lb and weighs 20 lb. Sizes 2 and 3 can also be folded for easy transport and storage.

With fix and adjustable wheelbase lets you choose a shorter setting for better maneuverability in tight spaces, or a longer setting for added stability and support. If walking in a straight line is challenging, direction locks are available to provide helpful guidance and control.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.
After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.
Certain products, including pre-orders, backorders, custom items, and select brands, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.
Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.
If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments
Large or freight items are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are typically not returned to sender. Tracking details will be provided.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.
Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand. We can provide proof of purchase and assist with documentation; however, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.
After the return period, repair or replacement decisions are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and may require return of the defective item.
