The Triumph Escape Folding Rollator is a lightweight, easy-to-use walker designed to help people move around comfortably. It can hold up to 300 pounds and weighs only 15.4 pounds, so it's light enough to carry and store. The seat is 18.5" by 9.5", giving plenty of space to sit and rest. You can choose from three seat heights—19 inches (Super Low), 21 inches (Low), or 24 inches (Standard)—making it easy to find the right fit. Whether indoors or outdoors, this rollator is perfect for staying active and independent.

Warranty Information
- Triumph Mobility offers a lifetime warranty on the Escape Rollator frame and a 5-year warranty on the brake handles for defects in materials and workmanship. Wear items like handgrips, brake cables, and wheels are not covered. This warranty applies only to the original buyer and cannot be transferred. Damage from improper installation, modifications, or misuse is not covered.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.
💵 Refunds
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
🔁 Returns (Exchanges)
Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
