Enhanced Comfort and Pressure Relief
The Aquatec Ocean ERGOVip Tilt-in-Space Shower Commode Chair features a 5° seat pre-tilt that supports a more natural squat position for toileting and helps reduce pressure on sensitive areas.
Its contoured seat plate is shaped using pressure-mapping data, delivering better pressure relief around the genitals and bony prominences for greater support during extended use. Optional seat overlays allow you to add cushioning or close the commode opening to suit your preference.
Durable and Easy to Clean
Crafted from corrosion-free stainless steel, this shower commode chair is built for wet-room use. Improved casters keep debris out of the axles, and the collection pan rail holds the commode pan close to reduce splashing. The pan features internal volume markings and a convenient lid hook. Plus, the entire chair can be cleaned in an autoclave at up to 90°C for a hygienic, long-lasting product.

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost toyou. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

Large freight deliveries arenot usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.
You will be giventracking details to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.
