Intuitive Controls and Caregiver-Friendly

The Mammoth EX Automatic Recline Power Wheelchair has a 360° waterproof joystick that can be attached to either the left or right armrest. It’s easy to remove or switch sides, giving users better control. By using joystick you can adjust your seating position for better and relaxing experience.

The included remote lets a caregiver move the chair when needed, which helps with parking or guiding the user in tight spaces. The double folding footrest opens for leg support while riding and folds away to make getting in and out of the chair easier.

You can choose between a standard 12Ah battery for up to 12 miles of range or an upgraded 20Ah battery that extends your travel distance to around 20 miles on a single charge.

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

• A 25% restocking fee applies

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

• Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

• You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

• We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

• If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

• You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.
