The Adaptive Star Axiom Endeavour Mobility Push Chair from Adaptive Star is an all-terrain, 3-wheeled jogging style mobility system for older children and young adults. It is designed to take you where no other ability pushchair can follow.
The Improv is offered in 3 sizes and accommodates riders with mild to moderate physical limitations from approximately 9 years old and 50 in. (127 cm) tall through young adults approximately 68 in. (172 cm) tall. Maximum weight capacity is 250 lbs.

Thank you for purchasing an Adaptive Star Indoor/Outdoor Mobility Push Chair. We have created a warranty that will keep your unit in top condition and headache free. The following warranty is on workmanship and materials from the date of original consumer purchase:
- A 5-year warranty on the frame

A 1-year warranty on parts and soft goods. Exclusions Include:
- Parts that require replacement under normal use.
- Damage or malfunction caused by negligence or abuse.
- Foam grips, inner tubes, tires, and brake pads are specifically excluded.

🔁 Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to the following:
Return Requirements:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents
- Subject to 25% restocking fee
- Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and paid by the customer

Once returned and inspected by the manufacturer, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Inspections typically take 7–10 business days.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 4–8 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Orders from Canada may take longer due to customs clearance.
📦 Damages Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If there’s damage, take photos of the box, product, and damage, and email them to support@firstclassmobility.com within 24 hours with your order number and a short description.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a free replacement at no cost to you. The item must be returned before a replacement will be shipped; a pre-paid return label will be provided.
📭 Missed Deliveries
If you're unavailable during delivery and the item is returned to the sender:
- 25% restocking fee applies
- You’re responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs
To avoid this, contact the freight carrier or our team to reschedule your delivery.
