The Adaptive Star PHOENIX Axiom Push Chair is a 3-wheeled, all-terrain indoor/outdoor special needs stroller designed for youth and adults up to 200 lbs and approximately 64” tall. The PHOENIX offers a smooth and stable ride across a wide range of environments, from paved streets to trails, grass, gravel, or compact sand.

Designed by Adaptive Star, the Axiom PHOENIX combines a strong but lightweight aluminum frame, large 16" quick-release wheels, and a hammock-style seat with a fixed recline. It’s an excellent pushchair for walking, jogging, or attending events that require a reliable and easy-to-handle transport system.

Phoenix Push Chair Adjustable Seating System

The Axiom Phoenix features a gently reclined, hammock-style seating system with a padded, contoured design for lasting comfort and support. Its fixed 30-degree tilt and adjustable recline positions allow caregivers to fine-tune the seating angle for better posture or rest. A secure five-point harness with padded straps keeps the rider comfortably and safely positioned throughout the journey.

Comfort and Functionality Combined

The Phoenix includes angled calf support and a fixed footrest to promote a relaxed seated position. Its lightweight frame folds easily, making it convenient for everyday transport and storage.

The front wheel is fixed to enhance control and stability on uneven or natural terrain. For indoor use or smoother navigation on paved surfaces, an optional Swivel Wheel Axis Kit is available. Note: The swivel wheels are not intended for running or use on grass or gravel.

The Adaptive Star Phoenix Push Chair is designed for easy upkeep. The seat fabric removes quickly and is machine washable, so it’s easy to clean after a trip to the park or a long day out. The frame can be wiped down with a damp cloth, and the air-filled tires can be topped up using a standard bike pump to keep everything running smoothly.

Warranty Information

Thank you for purchasing an Adaptive Star Indoor/Outdoor Mobility Push Chair. We have created a warranty that will keep your unit in top condition and headache free. The following warranty is on workmanship and materials from the date of original consumer purchase:
A 5-year warranty on the frame
A 1-year warranty on parts and soft goods. Exclusions Include:
Parts that require replacement under normal use.
Damage or malfunction caused by negligence or abuse.
Foam grips, inner tubes, tires, and brake pads are specifically excluded.

Adaptive Star will, at its option, repair or replace defective parts upon delivery to our service center accompanied by proof of date of first consumer purchase, such as a copy of a sales receipt. Please refer to the store where you made your purchase for returns and refunds as Adaptive star does not give direct refunds. Purchaser is responsible for initial shipping charges required to ship the product for warranty service. Purchaser is also responsible for all applicable duties and / or Custom charges. The return charges will be at Adaptive Star’s expense. Please include your name, address, telephone number, email address and a brief description of the problem. Adaptive Star does not accept delivery of any product without a Return Authorization # clearly marked on the return shipment box and shipping label.
All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the length of this warranty. Adaptive Star will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or other damages, including, without limitation, damages resulting from loss of use. Always keep the box the chair came in until you know the chair is complete and in working order. In the event of UPS damaged package call them so that a driver can come out and inspect the package. A claim cannot be filed without the box the chair came in. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last and/or so not allow the exclusion or limitation or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

🚫 Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.

    • Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.

  • After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,

  • Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Please note:

  • Some orders are processed and paid immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

  • Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.


Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

  • A 25% restocking fee applies

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

  • Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

  • You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

  • If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.

We’re here to help — please contact us first to resolve any issues. Fraudulent chargebacks will be considered theft and pursued legally.

By placing an order, you acknowledge our return, refund, and delivery policies. These terms will be provided to your financial institution in the event of a dispute.
