- Transfer height range 17”-27” when using a standard 8” mattress.
- Hi-Lo provides a 10” height adjustment of the bed deck.
- Pair the adjustable frame with either the Comfort Transfer Mattress designed for the bed or your own. No box spring is needed.
- The mattress should be a flexible foam mattress or a powered therapy mattress. Do not use an innerspring mattress.
- Standard-sized bedding fits the Assured Comfort bed
- The Comfort Transfer Mattress is a hygienic product and can not be returned.

Warranty
Full One-Year Warranty against defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of purchase.
Limited Five-Year Warranty
During the second through fifth years from the date of purchase, will replace any part found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay for all services and
shipping costs for replacing the defective part.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
