The Bespoke Elite Mobility Scooter is equipped with a fully adjustable seat designed for maximum comfort. The seat features a headrest and offers customizable positioning to suit individual preferences. To adjust the backrest, simply use the upper seat lever located on the right side of the seat. To adjust the seat, use the lever below the backrest adjustment lever to move the seat forward or backward.
The Bespoke Elite Long Distance Mobility Scooter features a complete lighting system for maximum visibility and safety. It includes a 180-degree LED headlight that lights up to 500 feet, turn signals, tail lights, and brake lights that activate when the brakes are applied. This full lighting package ensures you're always visible, day or night.

All our products are sourced directly from manufacturers. If you need to exchange a product, you must first receive a return authorization form. Each manufacturer sets their own timeframes for possible returns. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during returns and exchanges.
Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method. While inspections can take up to four weeks, they are usually completed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be adjusted for outbound and return shipping costs, handling, and a 25% restocking fee.

Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it when signing for the shipment.
