Can I turn my wheelchair on or off with the remote control?
The remote has its own Power button, but the chair itself must be powered on at the joystick/controller. Once the chair is on, the remote can drive the chair and adjust speeds.
Does my wheelchair arrive fully assembled?
It arrives mostly assembled. You’ll typically unfold it and do quick setup steps like installing/positioning the joystick/controller, attaching accessories (like anti-tip bars), and charging the batteries before first use.
Can my wheelchair go on an airplane or cruise?
Yes—this model is designed to be airline/cruise friendly with removable lithium batteries. Always confirm battery rules with your airline/cruise line before travel (some require removing batteries and carrying them separately).
I've run out of battery. Can I push my chair?
Yes. The chair supports a manual/freewheel mode so it can be pushed if needed. Switch the freewheel/manual lever to manual mode to disengage the brakes, push the chair, then switch back to electric mode before driving again.
Does my remote control come paired with my chair?
In most cases, yes—it’s ready to use out of the box. If your remote isn’t responding, confirm the chair is powered on at the joystick and the remote battery is charged. If it still doesn’t connect, contact support for pairing steps.
Can I silence the beeping sound my wheelchair makes while reversing?
Yes. The chair supports muting the reverse warning sound. On the controller, press and hold the Horn button for about 5 seconds to mute/unmute (you’ll hear the beep change when it toggles).
Does the armrest raise?
Yes. You can flip the armrest up for easier transfers. Press the armrest raise button near the hinge and lift the armrest upward.
How do I charge the battery?
You can charge the batteries on or off the chair. Plug the charger into the battery charging port (or the chair’s charging port), then plug into the wall. Allow roughly 6–8 hours for a full charge.
Can I install my controller on either side of the wheelchair?
Yes—most users can mount the joystick/controller on the left or right armrest. If you need a different bracket or routing guidance, contact support and we’ll help you set it up cleanly.
Where can I find the serial number of my wheelchair?
The serial number is typically on a label/sticker on the frame (often under the seat area or on a rear frame tube) and may also be on the shipping box. If you can’t locate it, send us a quick photo of the frame and we’ll point it out.

Warranty Information

Comes with a standard 3-year frame, 1-year motor, 1-year battery, and 1-year electronic parts warranty.
An optional ComfyGO Care warranty can be purchased to provide up to 2 years of coverage for batteries and electronics. An optional ComfyGO Care+ warranty can be purchased to provide up to 3 years of coverage for batteries and electronics. ComfyGO Care and ComfyGO Care+ can be purchased within 90 days of your delivery date.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Orders are fulfilled directly through our authorized manufacturer partners to ensure you receive the newest production inventory.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly with updated availability and options. At that time, you may choose to proceed with the revised timeline or cancel for a full refund.

If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Approved returns are subject to:

  • A 25% restocking fee

  • Non-refundable outbound shipping

  • Non-refundable white-glove delivery charges (if applicable)

After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible products may be exchanged only.

After 14 days, all sales are considered final.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some products may require advance reservation to secure manufacturer inventory.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.

Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions, the following items are non-returnable:

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.

If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

Missed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses

Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.

We are happy to assist you with documentation, proof of purchase, and guidance throughout the warranty process. Warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and coverage.

After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

In the event of a payment dispute, we may provide order records, communication history, and this policy to the payment provider for review.
