The Dawn House Bed is built to provide practical support for everyday use. Its fully adjustable base allows you to raise the head, foot, and overall height of the bed, making it easier to read, watch TV, get in and out of bed, or find the right position for rest.

The control of this homecare bed is simple with the wireless remote, and for hands-free operation, the voice-activated Puck system lets you adjust the bed using spoken commands.
This bed supports up to 700 lbs and is available in Twin, Full, Queen, King, and Split King sizes.

The bed warranty from Dawn House includes a 2-year hassle-free warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, a 5-year warranty on parts for replacements, and a 1-year warranty for health sensors. The mattress warranty offers a limited 10- year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, covering visible indentations greater than three-fourths of an inch.
1. How much assembly is required?
Our White Glove service includes both delivery and assembly of your Dawn House adjustable base. If you choose the option to use your existing headboard, assembly of those items is not included, but our Universal Headboard Bracket is provided and will be shipped prior to your bed arriving.
2. How do I measure space for delivery?
Using the dimensions below, it is the customer's responsibility to measure any hallways, stairwells or elevators for proper space allowance for delivery. Should the base not be able to be delivered due to the customer failing to properly measure the necessary space(s) to make final delivery the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Final determination of necessary space will be made by the White Glove delivery team and may be decided prior to unboxing the product.
3. Can I use my existing headboard?
If you have your own headboard, it can be safely and securely mounted to the base using our universal headboard bracket.
4. How do I connect the bed with the app?
First, download the ErgoSync app from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) and then follow the instructions to connect your bed. A Wi-Fi and internet connection are required.
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the order details. This means we’ve received your order and are starting to process it.
Your payment method is pre-authorized at checkout. You’ll only be charged once we verify and prepare your order for shipment.
After you order, we confirm stock availability.
We’ll keep you updated by email, including tracking info once your item ships.
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.
Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.
After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,
Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.
Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

A 25% restocking fee applies
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)
Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.
You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
