If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly with updated availability and options. At that time, you may choose to proceed with the revised timeline or cancel for a full refund.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible products may be exchanged only.
After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Finally a scooter that liberates me. I have severe COPD and become breathless with minimal activity. I purchased a scooter to be able to go places and get out of the car. The first one I got was great but was 70 pounds. I could take it out of my car but couldn’t get it back in by myself. This Flight Scooter is light enough they I can put it in my car by myself. I don’t even have to fold it. I just fold down the seat and tiller so it’s really easy to get in and out. And it has good speed as well. It’s great to be able to go places by myself and to go with my kids and grandkids on outings. I use it without the added weight of the arm rests and basket but keep them in the car to use them if needed. I feel so liberated!

Great lightweight scooter
I have severe COPD and get winded just standing up awhile and with minimal exertion. My first one required taking it apart into 4 pieces to transport and was a pain so I rarely used it. I recently bought one that I thought would work great for me but it weight 72 pounds. I could get it out of my car but couldn’t put it in myself. With this Flight scooter I can easily lift it into my car and I don’t even have to fold it. I just fold the seat and tiller down. I use it without the arms and the basket to keep it lightweight but carry them in my car if I need them for an outing. It drives very nicely and its compact size and maneuverability makes it nice for using inside the house if needed. I highly recommend.
