- The Dolomite Maxi Plus Heavy Duty Rollator offers the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty on the frame, five years on the brake handle, and one year on other parts. Tires, brake cables, and grips are considered wear items and are not covered.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
