The Dolphin Fluid Immersion Simulation (FIS) Stretcher Pad Replacement is a therapy surface only, designed for use exclusively with an existing Dolphin AutoVector® Control Unit. This product does not function independently and does not include a control unit, hoses, or mounting hardware.
Measuring 31" × 76" × 5", the Dolphin FIS stretcher pad provides pressure redistribution when connected to a compatible Dolphin FIS system. The surface conforms to the body and redistributes pressure dynamically as movement occurs, helping reduce pressure concentration and soft tissue strain during patient transport and transitional care.
This replacement stretcher pad is intended for customers who already own a Dolphin FIS stretcher system and need to replace the pad. It is designed for use on hospital stretchers, gurneys, and ambulance transport stretchers as part of a complete Dolphin FIS therapy setup.
The pad features a low-friction nylon cover to help reduce shear during movement and supports patients up to 700 lbs when used with the appropriate Dolphin control unit.

The Dolphin FIS (Fluid Immersion Simulation) Stretcher Pad provides a 2-year warranty on the pad and its electronic components.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received and begun processing your order.

In stock: Your order will be prepared and shipped.
Out of stock/backorder: We will contact you with available options, which may include an estimated restock date, an alternative product, or a refund if you choose not to proceed.
You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion only if the order has not been placed/paid with the supplier or shipped.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.
After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.
Certain products, including pre-orders, backorders, custom items, and select brands, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.
Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.
If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Large or freight items are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are typically not returned to sender. Tracking details will be provided.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand.
We can provide proof of purchase and assist with documentation; however, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.
After the return period, repair or replacement decisions are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and may require return of the defective item.
