The PT50264-1 Swing-Away Knee Pads are a premium upgrade for the Bantam series, designed for users who require highly specific leg alignment and effortless transfers. These pads stay attached to the frame but "swing out" of the way at the touch of a button.
The PT50264-1 Swing-Away Knee Pads are designed for EasyStand stander and feature a button-activated swing-away mechanism that creates more space for transfers. The multi-adjustable pads allow height adjustment of ±0.5″, width adjustment from 5.5″ to 10″, depth adjustment from 2.5″ to 8″, and full rotational positioning.
The Swing-Away" Advantage
These are smart-moving knee supports. Instead of having to remove and set the pads aside during a transfer, you simply push a button and swing them out to the side like a gate.
This opens up the front of the stander completely, making it much easier for a caregiver to assist with a lift or for a user to slide into the seat. Once seated, you just swing them back until they "click" into place.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.
After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.
Certain products, including pre-orders, backorders, custom items, and select brands, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.
Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.
If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments
Large or freight items are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are typically not returned to sender. Tracking details will be provided.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.
Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand. We can provide proof of purchase and assist with documentation; however, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.
After the return period, repair or replacement decisions are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and may require return of the defective item.
