The manufacturer guarantees its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the periods listed below. Costs for installation and shipping of replacement or repair parts are the customer's responsibility. • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents
• Subject to 25% restocking fee
• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and paid by the customer

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 4–8 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Orders from Canada may take longer due to customs clearance.

📦 Damages Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If there’s damage, take photos of the box, product, and damage, and email them to support@firstclassmobility.com within 24 hours with your order number and a short description.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable during delivery and the item is returned to the sender:

• 25% restocking fee applies
• You’re responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs
