The EZLift Bed Deluxe is made for people who want the bed to feel comfortable for more than just sleep. Whether the user is lying flat, sitting up, raising the legs, reclining in Zero Gravity, or getting ready to stand, the bed gives them built-in ways to settle into a better position.

The independent leg lift and Zero Gravity Positioning are especially helpful when the user wants more support for the legs, knees, and lower back. Instead of stacking pillows or shifting around to find the right angle, the bed raises the legs and reclines the upper body with simple powered movement.

When it is time to get up, the motorized sleep-to-stand function and easy-lift rails help guide the user from lying down or sitting toward standing. This gives the user a more comfortable setup for getting out of bed, while also giving caregivers a better position to assist.

The EZLift Bed™ Deluxe Sleep To Stand Bed gives you four useful position options. Each setting helps the user lie flat, sit upright, elevate the legs, recline, or move toward standing with simple powered controls.

EZLift Bed Flat Mode

Enjoy the EZLift Bed in Flat Mode when you want a level sleeping position. It works with the included mattress system for lying flat, sleeping, or resting without the head or legs raised.

EZLift Bed Zero Gravity Position

With the EZLift Bed, Zero Gravity Position raises the head and legs together into a reclined setup. For users who feel better with their feet elevated, it offers a more supported way to rest without stacking pillows or constantly shifting position.

EZLift Bed Recliner Position

With the EZLift Bed, Recliner Position raises the backrest into a more upright seated setup. It gives the user a comfortable way to read, watch TV, get ready, or sit up in bed without moving to a separate chair.

What is the weight limit of the EZLift Bed™ Deluxe?

The EZLift Bed™ Deluxe supports up to 550 lbs, depending on the selected bed size. For users above 300 lbs, the manufacturer recommends adding a 2" to 3" mattress topper with anchor bands for added comfort.

What mattress comes with the EZLift Deluxe Bed?

The EZLift Deluxe pairs with the American Reserve™ Mattress, a dual-layer, medium-firm mattress made for the bed’s sit, recline, and stand transitions. It includes a 4" firm support base and a 2" comfort layer for cushioning at the shoulders, hips, and joints. The foams are high-resiliency, CertiPUR-US® certified, and 100% American-made.

Can the EZLift Bed help me sleep better than a power lift recliner?

Many buyers consider this bed because they are sleeping in a power lift recliner when getting in and out of a standard bed feels difficult. The EZLift Bed gives users lift-style support for getting up, while still offering the comfort and positioning options of a bed.

Does the EZLift Bed™ Deluxe come in Twin and Twin XL? 

Yes. The bed is available as a Twin sleep-to-stand bed and a Twin XL sleep-to-stand bed. Twin Size is pre-order and ships after 6/15/2026. Twin XL is in stock and ships next business day when ordered by 4pm EST.

What optional add-ons are available?

Optional add-ons include a waterproof mattress protector and the EZLift Deluxe Battery Backup.

What’s Covered
EZLift Bed warranties its adjustable base lift-and-rotate beds for 1 year from the date of delivery. During this period:

Replacement parts are provided at no material cost.


No-cost Diagnostic technician visits are provided at EZLift’s discretion.


Customers are responsible only for shipping costs, if applicable.

If a replacement bed base is required, no shipping will be charged. Assembly is not included in warranty replacements but will be available for a fee.


Shipping Damage Protocol
If your bed arrives damaged:

Tell the freight driver immediately and request they note the damage in their system. If they have a claim number, please collect it from them.

Failure to report freight damage at delivery may void your shipping-related coverage.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper setup, or customer error


Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality


Damage reported without required photos or video, and a refusal to provide photos or videos which clearly show the issue


Damage not reported in time or not documented with the carrier


User-Caused Damage
If damage is determined to be from user error or accident:

Replacement parts are available at a nominal fee plus shipping.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Orders are fulfilled directly through our authorized manufacturer partners to ensure you receive the newest production inventory.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly with updated availability and options. At that time, you may choose to proceed with the revised timeline or cancel for a full refund.

If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior return authorization.

Approved returns may be subject to:

  • A 25% restocking fee
  • Non-refundable outbound shipping charges
  • Non-refundable white-glove delivery charges (if applicable)
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for approval at our discretion.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some products may require advance reservation to secure manufacturer inventory.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.

Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

Defective, Damaged & Warranty Claims

Customers must inspect all products upon delivery. Any damage, defects, missing parts, or operational issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

For approved warranty claims, manufacturers may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair service, batteries, or replacement units under the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Replacement units are not guaranteed to ship immediately and may require troubleshooting, manufacturer approval, return inspection, and/or parts availability before processing.

Products designated as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty process for defects or operational issues. Refunds are generally not available while the manufacturer is actively providing troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, battery replacement, or replacement solutions under the warranty process.

Where warranty support or a replacement solution has already been provided or offered, the order may not qualify for a return or refund.

Damage or defects reported after 24 hours of delivery may not qualify for replacement, refund, or claim approval.

Missed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses

Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.

We are happy to assist you with documentation, proof of purchase, and guidance throughout the warranty process. Warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and coverage.

After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

In the event of a payment dispute, we may provide order records, communication history, and this policy to the payment provider for review.
