The removable lithium battery is airline compliant, allowing the chair to be taken on airplanes in accordance with individual airline guidelines.
One-Piece Folding Power Wheelchair
Unlike most power wheelchairs, the Feather Power Chair folds into a single piece—no parts to remove and no reassembly before or after a trip. Fold it down to 13” wide with the back collapsing to 28” high, and store it easily in a car trunk, closet, or small space.
Comfortable and Ready to Use
Comfort comes standard with 1” seat and back cushions and padded armrests that flip back for easier transfers. The power chair arrives fully equipped with a seat and back overlay, swingaway footrests, anti-tippers, seatbelt, battery, and charger—no extra setup required.
Simple Joystick Control
The joystick controller is designed to be straightforward and responsive, so small adjustments feel natural and stopping/starting is easy in tight indoor spaces. It keeps control intuitive—ideal for everyday use at home, in shops, and while traveling.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.
💵 Refunds
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
🔁 Returns (Exchanges)
Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
📭 Missed Deliveries
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender

If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
