The Golden Elite folds in seconds and becomes compact enough to take through the airport or put in a trunk. The extendable handle lets you pull it like a suitcase, and the airline-approved battery lets you bring it through the airport for air travel.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
