  • 3-Year Structural Frame Warranty: Covers the scooter frame for 36 months with normal use.
  • 1-Year Warranty on Motor, Transaxle, Brake Assembly, and Electrical Components: Covers the motor, transaxle, brakes, and electronics for 12 months with normal use.
  • 1-Year Lithium Battery Warranty: Covers the lithium batteries for 12 months with normal use.
  • 30-Day Limited Warranty on Plastic Parts: Covers plastic parts like the tiller clamp, chassis hooks, and lever for 30 days with normal use (excluding electrical parts and motor).

WARRANTY TERMS:

Keep your serial number handy; it’s located on the front frame under the chassis cover. The scooter's frame is covered for 36 months from the purchase date against defects in materials or workmanship, while electronic components are covered for 12 months. This warranty is in addition to your legal rights. Parts replaced or repaired under this warranty will be covered for the remaining warranty period. It applies ONLY to parts supplied or approved by your Authorized Luggie Dealer, and it is not transferable due to the individualized nature of this product. For more details, please refer to your warranty sheet.

BATTERY WARRANTY:

The battery that comes with your Luggie has a limited 12-month warranty against material defects and workmanship. Any faults due to manufacturing issues usually appear within a few weeks. Battery performance depends on how often you use the scooter and charge the battery. Some decline in performance and range is normal due to wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage, in which case the warranty will not apply. Users with busy lifestyles, higher weight, or specific conditions may wear out their battery during the warranty period due to heavy use. The battery has a set number of discharge cycles, meaning more use can shorten its lifespan.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to the following:

Return Requirements:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents
  • Subject to 25% restocking fee
  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and paid by the customer

Return Process:

Contact us to get a Return Authorization.
Once returned and inspected by the manufacturer, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Inspections typically take 7–10 business days.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 4–8 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Orders from Canada may take longer due to customs clearance.

📦 Damages Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If there’s damage, take photos of the box, product, and damage, and email them to support@firstclassmobility.com within 24 hours with your order number and a short description.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable during delivery and the item is returned to the sender:

  • 25% restocking fee applies
  • You’re responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs

To avoid this, contact the freight carrier or our team to reschedule your delivery.
