The XO-101 Standing Wheelchair by Karman Healthcare is a lightweight, battery-powered mobility chair that gives users the freedom to stand at the push of a button. Constructed with a strong 6061 T-6 aircraft-grade aluminum frame and silver powder coating, this chair weighs just 56 lbs (including battery), making it one of the lightest standing wheelchairs available. Designed for long-term daily use, the XO-101 enhances independence and accessibility at home or on the go.

Equipped with a Lloyd high-powered controller box, the XO-101 allows smooth transitions between seated and standing positions. Its easy, push-button controls simplify standing, while the built-in “stand-up freeze prevention” feature provides added safety during use. Quick-release rear wheels make this chair easy to transport or store, so you can take your standing chair anywhere.

The XO-101 features 24″ x 1″ high-profile polyurethane tires on the rear and 8″ flat-free casters up front for a stable and maintenance-free ride. Its breathable nylon upholstery seat and back come with a zipper pouch fanny pack for small items, while padded flip-back armrests provide better lateral transfers and all-day support. The corrosion- and wear-resistant materials ensure long-lasting performance indoors and outdoors.

Powered by a nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery and delivering up to 250 up/down cycles (depending on user weight), this chair provides dependable strength and freedom of movement without feeling bulky. The XO-101 is built to support you as you transition easily between seated and standing positions, giving you increased independence with less strain on caregivers.

If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Approved returns are subject to:

After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.
Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.
We are happy to assist you with documentation, proof of purchase, and guidance throughout the warranty process. Warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and coverage.
After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.
