The MOXI HybridSelect Overlay gently circulates air under the body to manage heat, moisture, and pressure. It’s ideal for patients who spend long periods in bed at home, in hospitals, or in long-term care facilities. Quiet, efficient, and easy to set up, it fits any standard 80 Long × 36" Wide mattress and supports users up to 300 lbs.

HybridSelect uses pulsation therapy to gently vary pressure under the body, promoting comfort and better blood flow without the harsh rise-and-fall motion of traditional alternating-pressure systems.
The digital control unit allows simple, intuitive adjustment:
Softer / Firmer settings for personalized support
Firm Mode for transfers or nursing care
Upright Mode to maintain support when the head of the bed is elevated
System Lock to prevent unintended changes
CPR Deflate for rapid response in emergencies

The HybridSelect includes a HeelFloat foot section with a ROHO High Profile Cushion for targeted heel and lower-leg protection.
This cushion redistributes pressure in one of the body’s most vulnerable areas and can also be removed for use on a chair to provide comfort away from the bed.
Continuous low-air-loss airflow keeps skin cool and dry by drawing away heat and moisture through a vapor-permeable cover.The durable, flame-retardant materials are water-resistant, biocompatible, and simple to wipe clean between uses.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion only if the order has not been placed/paid with the supplier or shipped.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.
After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.
Certain products, including pre-orders, backorders, custom items, and select brands, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.
Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.
If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Large or freight items are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are typically not returned to sender. Tracking details will be provided.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand.
We can provide proof of purchase and assist with documentation; however, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.
After the return period, repair or replacement decisions are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and may require return of the defective item.
