Easy Cleaning Without Moving the Patient
Keeping clean can be challenging for individuals who cannot get out of bed. The OB-3600 UltraAir Mattress simplifies daily care with its patented “Easy Go” Bedpan and Shampoo functions. With the push of a button, the mattress automatically adjusts its air cells to create a recessed space for a bedpan or shampoo basin, no lifting or repositioning required. This design helps make routine hygiene safer and more efficient for caregivers while improving comfort and dignity for the patient.

Patented “Easy Go” Bedpan Function
With the “Easy Go” bedpan function, caregivers can press a single button on the control unit to gently deflate four air cells under the patient’s buttocks, creating a recessed space for a bedpan in about 20 seconds. (Bedpan not included)
Patented “Easy Go” Shampoo Function
With the press of a button, the head section gently lowers to create space for a shampoo basin in just 20 seconds. This makes it easy to wash hair in bed, reducing strain for both the patient and caregiver. (Shampoo Basin Not Included)
Patented Inflatable Air-Filled Guardrails
The OB-3600 UltraAir Mattress includes 4-inch inflatable guardrails that provide gentle yet supportive protection along the sides of the bed. They help lower the chance of slipping or rolling off and keep the user safely positioned.
Inflatable Air-Filled Guardrail: Press the quick-release valve to deflate the guardrail within seconds. Reinsert the valve to inflate it again just as quickly.
Multiple Rotation Angles (15°-25°-40°)
The OB-3600 UltraAir Mattress can gently rotate the user at different angles—15°, 25°, or 40°. These adjustable settings help reposition the body to reduce pressure on the chest and back, making it easier for the user to breathe more comfortably and improving overall circulation during long periods of bed rest.
15° Self-Lateral Rotation & Sinking Feature
Specialized air cells gently inflate and deflate to create a 15° wave-like motion that redistributes pressure, improves circulation, enhances sleep quality, and helps prevent bedsores. Sinking Feature with Centralization: The mattress lowers up to 4 inches, working with the 4-inch inflatable guardrails to form an 8-inch deep soft barrier. This keeps the patient centered and safe during rotation.
Fowler & Seating Function
When the head of the bed is raised, the Fowler function boosts support in the seat and torso areas to prevent bottoming out. This helps maintain proper posture and reduces the risk of pressure injuries while seated.
Low Air Loss therapy up to 23 LPM, supported by an integrated high-volume airflow fan
Located beneath the top cover, the Low Air Loss system provides a steady airflow of up to 23 liters per minute, supported by a built-in fan. This constant ventilation helps reduce humidity and control heat around the user’s skin, keeping the surface dry and maintaining a healthier environment.
Cell-on-Cell Mattress Design with 24-Hour Power Outage Protection
The OB-3600 UltraAir Mattress features a cell-on-cell structure that helps the lower layer stay inflated for up to 24 hours during a power outage, reducing the risk of the user sinking too deeply. If power is lost, the system provides both sound and light alerts as long as the air hose remains connected.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion only if the order has not been placed/paid with the supplier or shipped.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.
After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.
Certain products, including pre-orders, backorders, custom items, and select brands, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.
Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.
If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments
Large or freight items are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are typically not returned to sender. Tracking details will be provided.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.

My husband has progressed to where bed mobility on his own is no longer an option. Pressure sores were looming in his future, unless I did something to prevent it. I tried an alternating pressure air mattress topper, but that never stayed in place.
He also began having issues with being over heated in the bed, creating moisture and new possibilities for pressure sores. The need for a new mattress was paramount to protect his skin. Enter First Class Mobility!
I told them all my 'must have' features, including "fowler seating" that keeps him from bottoming out while sitting up. They recommended an Obbomed bed. After a bit of refining, we went with the OB-3600. It has inflatable side rails built into it, as that was also one of my 'must have' features, alternating pressure, lateral rotation, fowler seating setting, and adjustable bedpan area and shampoo area.
These last two areas are not that great of a feature for me. We have tried the bedpan feature, but it is uncomfortable for him. We simply do a side lying position and material to catch 'whatever comes out'.
The fowler seating is perfect for him as he is on a feeding tube and must maintain at least a 30 degree angle at all times. He never bottoms out because of this feature.
The inflatable side rails are wonderful, almost. They take up space on the surface of the bed that would be used for rolling him from side to side. They also have a manuel deflation, disconnect a hose, that isn't the easiest to put back together when I want to reinflate them. BUT they keep him safely in bed, even when he throws a leg over the side. NO entrapment or sliding off. Their plusses outweigh their negatives to me.
The lateral rotation and alternating air pressure work together in this unique design. Being able to set it to several different speeds makes it possible to find a rhythm that doesn't disturb his sleep, make him feel like he is 'on the high seas', or leave him too long in one position. Thirty minute rotation works great for us. We have not tried the increased rotation angle, as it isn't needed at present.
This bed is able to keep him comfortable, NOT over heated. The low pressure air loss built into it is able to cool the bedding I have on the bed and prevent him from getting sweaty. It doesn't cool him so much that he is cold. As we say, he is "Baby Bear; just right".
As for my sales team, I can't say enough good things about Daniel. He listened to my needs and found what not only fits now, but can grow with my husband's needs. We did run into one problem in the beginning with choosing a bed that didn't actually fit my frame, but Daniel noticed the problem early on. When I changed models, there was a price difference, leaving me with a balance to pay, but Daniel was able to get that waved, due to the original recommendation not being appropriate.
Our bed arrived quickly and was fairly easy to set up all by myself. I'm 62 and not in perfect shape. I was tired afterwards, but I DID IT!
After the sale was completed, I was offered an extended warranty on my purchase, which I always take advantage of. Daniel helped me through the registration process, as they wanted information I didn’t have.
I hope this bed last the rest of my husband’s life. It is sturdy and even strong enough for me to stand on it and pull him up.
