The P LIFT 50, 60 and 72 wheelchair platform features a standard setup allowing straight-in and straight-out movement. Want more flexibility in tight spaces? The optional 90-degree platform lets users turn left or right to exit—ideal for porches or areas with limited room.
Note: The 90-degree platform option is only available for the standard 50" or 60" models, not the 72" lift.

🔁 Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to the following:
Return Requirements:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents
- Subject to 25% restocking fee
- Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and paid by the customer

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 4–8 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Orders from Canada may take longer due to customs clearance.
📦 Damages Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If there’s damage, take photos of the box, product, and damage, and email them to support@firstclassmobility.com within 24 hours with your order number and a short description.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a free replacement at no cost to you. The item must be returned before a replacement will be shipped; a pre-paid return label will be provided.
📭 Missed Deliveries
If you're unavailable during delivery and the item is returned to the sender:
- 25% restocking fee applies
- You’re responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs
