Warranty Policy

By using your Paiseec product, you agree to be bound by this Paiseec Limited Warranty Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Warranty"). Do not use your Paiseec product until you have read the terms of this Warranty.

Scope and Coverage of Warranty
This Warranty exclusively applies to Paiseec products you purchased directly from Paiseec or its authorized dealers for personal use, including new products and certified refurbished/renewed products. By utilizing your Paiseec product, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Warranty. Under this Warranty, Paiseec warrants that each Paiseec product purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as per Paiseec's published product materials, during the specified warranty period. The warranty period varies by product and part. Please refer to the table below for specific details.

Warranty Period Commencement
The warranty period commences on the original date of purchase as indicated on your sales receipt or invoice. For pre-ordered products, the warranty starts from the shipping date from the local warehouse.


Transportation Liability
When receiving services, if Paiseec is responsible for transportation, Paiseec's liability is limited to any loss or damage incurred to your Paiseec product during Paiseec's possession or transportation.


What Will Paiseec Do
Paiseec will endeavor to diagnose and resolve your issue via telephone or email. If the issue persists despite these efforts, you may be required to ship the product to Paiseec or a service center for further examination.


What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This Warranty does not cover the following:

1. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse or operation not following Paiseec’s official instructions or user manuals;
2. Damage caused by unauthorized repair, alter, modification or disassembly;
3. Damage caused by compatibility or reliability issues due to unauthorized third-party parts;
4. Failures or damages caused by third-party products;
5. Damage caused by external sources or factors, such as extreme temperatures;
6. Products or parts with altered identification labels or from which the identification label has been removed;
7. Non-quality-related issues;
8. Products without valid proof of purchase;
9. Lost or stolen products;
10. Items beyond their warranty period;
11. Items that have been refunded;
12. Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;
13. Items repaired, altered, modified, or disassembled by unauthorized third parties.
14. Free products.
Besides, Paiseec is not liable for the return of your personal items sent to Paiseec, any damage or loss incurred during transit of your personal items or any non-quality related warranty claims of Products.


Product and Part Replacement
Upon replacement, the exchanged product or part becomes the property of Paiseec, and the replacement becomes yours. Replacement products or parts may not be new but will be in good working condition and at least functionally equivalent to the original, with the remainder of the original warranty period applying.


Shipping Arrangements
Customers are responsible for arranging shipment to Paiseec’s service center for diagnosis. If the issue is covered under this Warranty, Paiseec will repair or replace the product, and then return the product at no cost to the customer. Otherwise, Paiseec may charge a shipping fee.


DOA Policy
For products received defective, damaged, or non-functional (“DOA”), please contact Paiseec within 30 calendar days of delivery to initiate a replacement/refund assessment. All DOA claims must be filed within this period. Eligible replacement will be processed within 14 calendar days of Paiseec receiving the returned product in its original condition, including all accessories, attachments, and undamaged packaging materials.


How to Obtain Warranty Service
For warranty issues, please contact Paiseec for obtaining warranty service. You need to provide valid proof of purchase, receipt or order number (for direct sales), and the product's serial number. Services not covered by this Warranty may incur charges.


Your Other Rights
This Warranty provides you with extra and specific legal rights. You may have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction, or under a written agreement with Paiseec. Nothing in this Warranty affects your statutory rights, including the rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer products that can not be waived or limited by agreement.


Limitation of Warranty
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express or implied. Paiseec disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects, to the extent permitted by law. In so far as such warranties cannot be disclaimed, Paiseec limits the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty and, at Paiseec's option, the repair or replacement services described below. Some states (countries and provinces) do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty (or condition) may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Orders are fulfilled directly through our authorized manufacturer partners to ensure you receive the newest production inventory.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly with updated availability and options. At that time, you may choose to proceed with the revised timeline or cancel for a full refund.

If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior return authorization.

Approved returns may be subject to:

  • A 25% restocking fee
  • Non-refundable outbound shipping charges
  • Non-refundable white-glove delivery charges (if applicable)
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for approval at our discretion.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some products may require advance reservation to secure manufacturer inventory.

Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.

Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Beds and mattresses

  • Batteries and chargers

  • All lifts (residential, vehicle, and patient lifts)

  • Lift chairs, geri chairs, and patient room chairs

  • Wheelchair cushions, support surfaces, and slings

  • Mobility and Lift accessories 

  • Red light therapy devices

Non-Returnable Accessories

Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or were shipped in error.

For purposes of this policy, an accessory is any optional add-on, enhancement, replacement component, comfort item, positioning aid, storage item, battery, charger, or similar product designed for use with a primary piece of durable medical equipment.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Spare batteries
  • Chargers
  • Cup holders
  • Storage bags
  • Seat cushions
  • Positioning supports
  • Travel covers
  • Replacement parts
  • Other optional add-ons and upgrades

Defective, Damaged & Warranty Claims

Customers must inspect all products upon delivery. Any damage, defects, missing parts, or operational issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

For approved warranty claims, manufacturers may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair service, batteries, or replacement units under the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Replacement units are not guaranteed to ship immediately and may require troubleshooting, manufacturer approval, return inspection, and/or parts availability before processing.

Products designated as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty process for defects or operational issues. Refunds are generally not available while the manufacturer is actively providing troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, battery replacement, or replacement solutions under the warranty process.

Where warranty support or a replacement solution has already been provided or offered, the order may not qualify for a return or refund.

Damage or defects reported after 24 hours of delivery may not qualify for replacement, refund, or claim approval.

Missed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses

Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.

We are happy to assist you with documentation, proof of purchase, and guidance throughout the warranty process. Warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and coverage.

After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.

Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

In the event of a payment dispute, we may provide order records, communication history, and this policy to the payment provider for review.

Agreement
