The mattress provides enhanced support in the seating area when the head of the bed is raised, offering added stability and comfort. The APM2 Deluxe Therapy Mattress offers exceptional treatment flexibility with three customizable therapy modes: Alternating Pressure, “Float” Mode, and Lateral Rotation.
Alternating Pressure mode promotes effective pressure redistribution to reduce the risk of pressure ulcers by gently shifting the body’s pressure points. The PressureGuard APM delivers consistent support by using a dynamic inflation pattern—air cylinders 1 and 3 inflate while cylinders 2 and 4 deflate. After a set cycle time, the pattern reverses. This continuous movement helps enhance circulation and maintain skin integrity, making it an excellent choice for therapeutic care and long-term comfort.
The Float Mode provides continuous low-pressure support, enhancing comfort and reducing surface tension.
Lateral Rotation mode helps with patient repositioning, improving blood flow and reducing the risk of bedsores. This feature uses a gentle motion that slowly shifts the patient from side to side. When activated, two air chambers on one side of the mattress inflate while the opposite side deflates, gently turning the patient about 20° to one side. After about five minutes, the process reverses to rotate the patient to the other side.
Because this is designed for long-term therapy, the movement is very subtle, some patients may feel like they aren’t turning at all, even though the mattress is working as intended. The rotation is meant to be barely visible, providing safe, therapeutic movement without causing discomfort or disrupting rest.
Rotation should only be used as a supplement and not a substitute for manual repositioning. Even when using a lateral rotation mattress, at-risk patients must still be manually turned regularly to fully offload pressure from the sacrum and allow for proper skin assessment.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.
After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.
Certain products, including pre-orders, backorders, custom items, and select brands, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.
Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.
If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments
Large or freight items are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are typically not returned to sender. Tracking details will be provided.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.
Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand. We can provide proof of purchase and assist with documentation; however, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.
