The PressureGuard Easy Air LR by Span America features alternating pressure and optional lateral rotation to help prevent pressure injuries and improve comfort. It supports up to 500 lbs. in Float and Alternating modes. Weighing just 22 lbs., it is easy to handle and set up. The alternating pressure reduces pressure points, while the lateral rotation helps with repositioning and circulation, reducing the need for manual turning.
The PressureGuard Easy Air LR features Microclimate Management with the Air Diffusion Matrix™, which ensures continuous airflow through both the cover and coverlet.
The Outer Coverlet is highly vapor-permeable, allowing superior airflow, and can be easily wiped clean with standard hospital-grade cleaners. It is also zippered and machine-launderable (air dry).
The Inner Air Delivery Cover directs a constant stream of air to keep moisture from collecting. This helps to sweep away moisture vapor before it can turn into liquid, reducing the risk of maceration and ensuring a dry, comfortable surface.
The PressureGuard Easy Air LR offers flexible treatment options with two therapy modes to suit different patient needs. In Alternating Pressure mode, the mattress gently shifts pressure across its surface in a 22-minute cycle, helping to prevent pressure injuries. In Float Mode, the mattress provides active, powered flotation therapy, offering a consistent, pressure-relieving surface for patients. Also Available in 350 lbs capacity in Lateral Rotation mode.
The PressureGuard Easy Air LR helps prevent pressure sores and promote recovery. Its head-to-foot air cylinders distribute pressure evenly, reducing the risk of skin breakdown. When the bed is raised, it provides extra support in the seat area, keeping users stable and well-positioned.
The Geo-Matt® top layer protects the skin by reducing friction and pressure points. With air and foam working together, this mattress helps users rest better and recover more effectively.
The Safety Edge™ design helps reduce the risk of falls and bed entrapment, providing a more secure surface. It offers exceptional edge-of-bed stability, making it easier for users to sit, reposition, and transfer safely.
This feature also gently guides the user toward the center of the bed, helping to maintain a proper position and reducing the chance of slipping off the edge. Safer transfers benefit both patients and caregivers, improving overall ease of use.
The recessed deck version of the Easy Air LR is designed to fit recessed deck bed frames, ensuring a secure and proper fit. Its V-shaped edges allow it to conform to the bed frame, while a compressible section adjusts to different bed lengths and foot positions.
A patented inner bolster design creates a “cradle” effect, helping keep users safely positioned when sitting or moving toward the bed’s edge. This design guides the user’s center of gravity back toward the middle, reducing the risk of falls. For added convenience, two sturdy fabric handles make it easier to move and position the mattress.

All our products are sourced directly from manufacturers. If you need to exchange a product, you must first receive a return authorization form. Each manufacturer sets their own timeframes for possible returns. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during returns and exchanges.
Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method. While inspections can take up to four weeks, they are usually completed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be adjusted for outbound and return shipping costs, handling, and a 25% restocking fee.
If you do not see the refund within 7 business days after approval, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as additional processing times may apply.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to [email] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
In the event that a scheduled delivery appointment is missed due to the freight company's inability to make the delivery, and the goods are returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for the following:

BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee.
