The Salute RDX Mattress System by Prius Healthcare USA provides alternating pressure therapy and micro low air loss, helping to prevent and treat pressure ulcers (stages 1-4) while managing moisture and improving patient comfort. Its dimensions are 80”L x 36”W x 8”H, with a weight capacity of up to 500 lbs. The system features an interchangeable air cell design for easy cleaning and bacteria control, as well as 3-in-1 alternating pressure that covers 66% of the body for effective therapy.

• Prius Healthcare USA guarantees that this equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to 12 months from the original date of purchase.

We will repair or replace any defective equipment returned to the service address (with prepaid transportation) within 12 months of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty covers repairs or adjustments at no charge. However, it excludes damage caused by shipping, tampering, improper maintenance, accidents, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to the following:

Return Requirements:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents
• Subject to 25% restocking fee
• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and paid by the customer

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

📦 Damages Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If there’s damage, take photos of the box, product, and damage, and email them to support@firstclassmobility.com within 24 hours with your order number and a short description.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable during delivery and the item is returned to the sender:

• 25% restocking fee applies
• You’re responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs
