- Prius Healthcare USA guarantees that this equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. We will repair or replace any defective part at no cost. However, this warranty does not cover damage from shipping, tampering, improper maintenance, accidents, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Prius Healthcare USA is not liable for any issues outside this warranty.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

📭 Missed Deliveries
