The Protekt® Aire 3500 by Proactive Medical is a low air loss and alternating pressure mattress system designed for comfort and pressure relief. With a weight capacity of 350 lbs and dimensions of 80”L x 36”W x 8”H, it helps prevent pressure ulcers while ensuring stability. The 5” air mattress with a 3” densified fiber base provides a safety layer in case of power failure. 

Advanced Pressure Relief Technology

The 18 laser-cut air holes improve airflow to keep patients cool and dry, while the quilted, fluid-resistant nylon cover adds comfort and durability. The adjustable airflow dial and 10-minute alternating cycle promote even pressure distribution. A pillow top feature supports the head and neck, while optional raised side rails offer extra security. A visual low-pressure alarm alerts caregivers to any issues.

• After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,

• Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

• Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

• Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

• A 25% restocking fee applies

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

• Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

• You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

• We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

• If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

• You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
