The lift's base legs extend to a length of 40.5" and have an external width of 22" when closed, and 42.25" when open. The mast height reaches 51", while the base height stands at 5.25". With a minimum lifting height of 17" and a maximum lifting height of 61", this lift ensures smooth and efficient transfers for patients of varying needs.

The Protekt® Onyx Hydraulic Patient Lift is built to high standards and thoroughly inspected before shipment. This warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of materials and craftsmanship, ensuring years of dependable service.
Please note that the warranty does not cover failures due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Non-durable components such as rubber accessories, casters, and grips are not covered, as they require periodic replacement.

Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Pre-Orders Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.
💵 Refunds
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
🔁 Returns (Exchanges)
Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents
A 25% restocking fee applies
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost toyou. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
📭 Missed Deliveries
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)
Large freight deliveries arenot usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.
You will be giventracking details to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.
