The PVI Bariatric Threshold Ramp solves that with an 800 lb. weight capacity, a high-traction surface, and hardware that lets you secure it in place.

It fits threshold rises from 1.5" to 4", so wheelchairs and scooters can move over raised doorways with less struggle.

    1. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY—THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL END PURCHASERS OTHER THAN RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA*: PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants to the original end purchaser of the product that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, accident, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of God, or improper installation, or that has been used for rental purposes or repaired by someone other than PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC. This warranty does not cover normal deterioration of the product due to wear and exposure.

    *(FIVE YEAR WARRANTY—THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: For a period of five years after the purchase of the product by the original end purchaser of the product, PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants to the original end purchaser of the product that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at the option of PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC., any product that is returned to PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC. and is reasonably determined by PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC. to be defective. The repair or replacement of a defective product under this warranty will be made by PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC. without charge for parts or labor. This excludes shipping or delivery charges to and from PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC.’s place of business. If the product has been discontinued, PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC. may replace the product with a new product of comparable value and function. PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC. also reserves the right to refund the purchase price as its exclusive warranty remedy.

    3. Any claim alleging that the product fails to conform to this warranty may be made only by the original end purchaser and only while such purchaser owns the product. A defective product that is covered by this warranty must be returned, at the purchaser’s expense, along with proof of date of original purchase (such as receipt, check or other document PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC. deems acceptable that shows the date of purchase and the identity of the product and purchaser), along with a description of the alleged defect, to PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC., 2620 Industrial Drive, Fairbury, Nebraska 68352.

    4. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC. DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONFORMITY TO MODELS OR SAMPLES, OR ANY WARRANTIES OR INDEMNITIES AGAINST INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT.SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT WILL PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY LIABILITY IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

    5. Before using the product, the purchaser must first determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and the purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

    6. No person, agent, distributor, dealer or company is authorized to change, amend or modify the terms of this warranty.

    7. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

    8. The purchaser may not assign the purchaser’s rights or obligations under this warranty without the prior written consent of PRAIRIE VIEW INDUSTRIES, INC.

    Order Processing

    Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

    Orders are fulfilled directly through our authorized manufacturer partners to ensure you receive the newest production inventory.

    If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly with updated availability and options. At that time, you may choose to proceed with the revised timeline or cancel for a full refund.

    If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.

    You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.

    Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.

    Returns

    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

    Approved returns are subject to:

    • A 25% restocking fee

    • Non-refundable outbound shipping

    • Non-refundable white-glove delivery charges (if applicable)

    After 14 days, all sales are considered final.

    Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    Pre-Orders & Backorders

    Some products may require advance reservation to secure manufacturer inventory.

    Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.

    Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.

    Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

    Final Sale Items

    Due to hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions, the following items are non-returnable:

    Defective or Damaged Items

    If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.

    If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.

    Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

    Missed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses

    Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.

    If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

    If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.

    Warranty

    All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.

    We are happy to assist you with documentation, proof of purchase, and guidance throughout the warranty process. Warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and coverage.

    After the return period has passed, any repair or replacement requests will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require return of the defective item for inspection.

    Payment Disputes

    If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

    In the event of a payment dispute, we may provide order records, communication history, and this policy to the payment provider for review.
