Warranty Information
- Rio Mobility offers a one-year warranty for the Firefly 2.5, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The lithium-ion battery is covered for six months. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, physical harm, water exposure, or issues like broken wires, dropped batteries, or chargers.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
