The RMB e-Quad is a heavy-duty, 4-wheel mobility scooter designed to give you more space, more stability, and a smoother way to move across outdoor areas. It’s made for you if standard scooters feel too small or unsteady when you’re traveling.

By combining a wide seat, a low step-in deck, and suspension built for mixed terrain, the e-Quad removes the limits that smaller scooters can create. These details give you a steadier ride, clearer footing, and a setup that helps you move through open spaces.

Performance Designed for Outdoor Travel

The RMB e-Quad uses a 48V, 500W brushless motor that gives you steady power for outdoor property travel and mixed surfaces. With speeds up to 15 mph, you can cover open areas and longer paths at a more consistent pace.

The 4-wheel mobility scooter can travel up to 21 miles on a full charge, so you can complete your routine trips without stopping to recharge as often.

Front and Rear Gas Strut Suspension

The e-Quad’s front and rear gas strut suspension is designed for firm outdoor surfaces such as packed dirt, gravel paths, and paved property routes, helping the scooter remain steady over uneven ground.

 This gives you more control when moving across uneven areas, so you can reach parts of your property or outdoor spaces that standard indoor-focused scooters are not designed to handle.

Reduced-Height Storage for Space Management

When storage space is limited, the e-Quad folds to a 27-inch height by lowering the seat and steering column. This gives you an simple way to place the scooter in garages, sheds, or smaller storage areas.

Warranty Information

Scooter Warranty – 6 Months
The main components of the Protean scooter are covered for 6 months against defects in materials or workmanship. If a covered part is found defective during this period, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge for parts or labor.

Battery & Tire Warranty – 3 Months
The battery and tires are covered for 3 months against defects. If either of these items is found defective within the warranty period, they will be repaired or replaced at no cost for parts or labor.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the order details. This means we’ve received your order and are starting to process it.

💳 Payment Authorization

Your payment method is pre-authorized at checkout. You’ll only be charged once we verify and prepare your order for shipment.

🚫 Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.

  • Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.

• After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,

• Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Please note:

• Some orders are processed and paid immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

• Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

• A 25% restocking fee applies

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Batteries and Chargers

  • All Lifts (including Residential and Vehicle Lifts)

  • Red Light Therapy Devices

  • Wheelchair Cushions and Support Surfaces

  • Slings

  • Vehicle Lifts

  • All products sold under the brand Discover Your Mobility (these items fall under all of the above non-refundable categories)

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

• Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
  
  

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

• Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

• You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

• We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

• If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

• You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.

We’re here to help — please contact us first to resolve any issues. Fraudulent chargebacks will be considered theft and pursued legally.

By placing an order, you acknowledge our return, refund, and delivery policies. These terms will be provided to your financial institution in the event of a dispute.
