What does the display include?+
The display shows the selected gear, current speed, and remaining battery life, all in a sleek, user-friendly interface.
Will my hand get tired pushing the joystick forward for hours?+
With other chairs, yes. However, the Roboter has an easy-to-use cruise control setting, allowing you to set the speed and adjust the course just like a car. This prevents your hand and fingers from getting tired or sore.
I am worried about my parents driving too fast; how can I help them drive safely?+
All our power chairs come with a novice mode that reduces the speed until the user is comfortable operating at higher speeds.
Can the chair really be controlled by remote control?+
Yes, our Bluetooth connected chairs allow you to control the chair via our smartphone app. You can move the chair once you've left it, and the X40 mobility scooter can also fold and unfold through the app.
How long do the chairs take to charge?+
The chairs take 4-6 hours to fully charge from near empty.
What safety features do the chairs have?+
Our power wheelchairs come with backup warnings, automatic braking, speed reduction while turning, and an SOS button that announces "alert" repeatedly to help the user get assistance.
Power Wheelchair Warranty Terms and Conditions
This warranty applies to the Robooter Power Wheelchair line ("the Product") and is provided by Robooter to the original purchaser ("the Customer"). The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and covers defects or premature failure in the following components: battery, tires, wheels, frame, motors, controller, and cushions.
Coverage:
Battery: This warranty covers defects or premature failure of the power wheelchair's battery within the specified 1-year period. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the battery.
Tires and Wheels: Defects or premature failure of tires and wheels are covered under this warranty. Damages resulting from punctures, cuts, or excessive wear due to misuse are not covered.
Frame: The warranty covers defects in the structural integrity of the power wheelchair's frame. It does not cover damages caused by neglect, accidents, or intentional harm.
Motors and Controller: Defects or premature failure of the motors and controller are covered under this warranty. Any damage resulting from neglect, accidents, or intentional damage is excluded.
Cushions: This warranty covers defects or premature failure of the wheelchair cushions within the specified 1-year period. Damages caused by neglect, accidents, or misuse are not covered.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages, defects, or premature failure caused by the following:
Neglect, abuse, or misuse of the power wheelchair.
Accidents, collisions, or any form of impact.
Inflicted damage, intentional harm, or unauthorized modifications to the product.
Water Immersion (not simply rain, wet driving, or splashes)
Claims Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must provide proof of purchase and contact their dealer or reseller, or Robooter within the warranty period.
The dealer or reseller will contact Robooter, who will assess the claim and, if approved, will provide instructions on how to proceed with the warranty service.
Warranty service may involve repair or replacement of the defective component, at the discretion of Robooter.
The Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service, if necessary. In most cases Robooter will facilitate the repair with your local dealer directly.
Limitation of Liability: Robooter is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the power wheelchair. The total liability of Robooter under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
Orders are fulfilled directly through our authorized manufacturer partners to ensure you receive the newest production inventory.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly with updated availability and options. At that time, you may choose to proceed with the revised timeline or cancel for a full refund.
If you confirm that you wish to proceed, the order becomes a confirmed backorder. Once we commit funds with the supplier to reserve inventory specifically for your order, it cannot be cancelled.
You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion if the order has not yet been placed with the supplier or shipped.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Some products may require advance reservation to secure manufacturer inventory.
Pre-orders and confirmed backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Once inventory is reserved and funds are committed with the supplier, these orders cannot be cancelled.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight logistics.
Any exception granted is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Freight and large-item deliveries are scheduled to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all outbound and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment requires re-delivery, address correction, or is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping, freight, storage, or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.
