Clinical Evidence

ROHO has been in over 90 scientific and clinical studies to reinforce and verify that a ROHO DRY FLOATATION cushion heals, treats and prevents pressure injuries including deep tissue injury.

Adjustability

ROHO DRY FLOATATION cushions, unlike foam products, provide the ability to constantly adjust and conform with an individual’s body, now, and as he or she changes throughout the months and years.

Adaptability

ROHO DRY FLOATATION cushions support the shifts and movements that individuals make throughout each day.

Roho AirLite Cushion enhances transfer ability by lowering the front and middle of the cushion by 3/4 inch, while maintaining excellent positioning capabilities by deepening the leg troughs. The lower height also contributes to a more secure feeling in the chair.

Improved Bottom-Out Protection: The non-adjustable Roho Air Floatation™ air insert built into the cushion under the ischial is enhanced to provide greater cell-to-cell air transfer, improving the immersion capability of the cushion.

Softer Foam, Greater Conformability: The overall foam density of the cushion is low enough to allow the cushion to conform better to the individual's physiology.

Durability and Simplicity: AirLite is a "grab and use" product with a weight capacity of 300 lbs. No adjustment of the air cells is required.

Fluid-Resistant: The breathable, fluid-resistant cover prevents odor and is machine washable. The cover is 100% PVC-free making the cushion environment friendly.

🚫 Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order: Free cancellation.

    • Exception: If your order has already been processed a 25% restocking fee may apply even within the first 24 hours.

  • After 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will apply, certain brands cannot be cancelled,

  • Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Please note:

  • Some orders are processed and paid immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase.

  • Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.


Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.

💵 Refunds

Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

🔁 Returns (Exchanges)

Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents

  • A 25% restocking fee applies

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, customization, or manufacturer policies. These include (but are not limited to):

    • All products sold under the brand Discover Your Mobility (these items fall under all of the above non-refundable categories)

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

📭 Missed Deliveries

Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)

  • Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.

  • You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.

  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.

Returns to Sender

  • If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

🔧 Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by brand. We can provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Warranty documentation

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.

We’re here to help — please contact us first to resolve any issues. Fraudulent chargebacks will be considered theft and pursued legally.

By placing an order, you acknowledge our return, refund, and delivery policies. These terms will be provided to your financial institution in the event of a dispute.
