
ROHO Agility Back System Lateral Pads
The ROHO Agility Back System Lateral Pads are designed to enhance user comfort and stability when used in conjunction with the ROHO Agility Contoured Back System.
These lateral pads are available in two types of brackets: fixed brackets, which feature a flat base with a foam pad and cover, and swing-away brackets, which come with a curved base, foam pad, and cover.
They are also offered with options for flush or offset mounts. These lateral pads are compatible with all sizes of the Agility™ Minimum Contour and Agility™ Mid Contour Back Systems.
For added versatility, a combination of one fixed and one swing-away lateral pad can be used, enabling individuals to utilize the swing-away option on their transfer side. This setup provides both support and flexibility as needed.
Purpose of the ROHO Agility Back System Lateral Pads
The use of the lateral pads is to enhance user comfort and stability when used in conjunction with the ROHO Agility Contoured Back System. These pads are offered in two distinct models, both available in a single color option.
The Fixed ROHO Agility Back System Lateral Pads have a straight design, while the Swing-away ROHO Agility Back System Lateral Pads feature a curved configuration. You can select from medium, large, or extra-large sizes to suit your specific needs.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to the following:
Return Requirements:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents
- Subject to 25% restocking fee
- Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and paid by the customer

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 4–8 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Orders from Canada may take longer due to customs clearance.
📦 Damages Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If there’s damage, take photos of the box, product, and damage, and email them to support@firstclassmobility.com within 24 hours with your order number and a short description.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a free replacement at no cost to you. The item must be returned before a replacement will be shipped; a pre-paid return label will be provided.
📭 Missed Deliveries
If you're unavailable during delivery and the item is returned to the sender:
- 25% restocking fee applies
- You’re responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs
To avoid this, contact the freight carrier or our team to reschedule your delivery.
