ROHO Quadtro Select High Profile Cushion is the most clinically advanced wheelchair cushion, constantly adapting to the user's needs or activities. The innovative ISOFLO Memory Control and autonomous four-compartment architecture provide complete control over inflation levels throughout the cushion, making it simple to ensure that the user is properly positioned.

The ROHO High Profile Cushion features a cell height of 4.25” (10.5 cm) and an immersion depth of 3.25” (8.3 cm), offering optimal immersion and pressure distribution. This design significantly enhances sitting comfort and reduces the risk of pressure injuries, ensuring that each user experiences the highest level of support and protection against skin and soft tissue breakdown. The Quadtro high profile cushion is simple to set up, positions left and right, front and back, and stabilizes and holds the position of the pelvis and thighs, providing unparalleled support and stability.

While using a wheelchair with a sling seat, it is recommended to use Roho Contour Base, Roho Planar Solid Seat Insert, or a solid seat platform in combination with your wheelchair cushion for best positioning results.

ISOFLO Memory Control:


The ROHO Select Series cushion's unique ISOFLO Memory Control allows the patient to quickly find and adjust the ideal position for the best immersion and skin protection. It enables complete control over the air compartments of the ROHO cushion's inflation levels, making it simple to ensure that the client is positioned correctly.

All Select Series cushions have a button that can be easily reached and found at the front that allows for fit customization and adjustments while seated. The ISOFLO control has color-coding for convenience (green is open, red is closed). Similar to a ROHO Single Compartment cushion, to let air flow freely throughout the entire cushion, the ISOFLO Memory Control can be opened. When the ISOFLO Memory Control is closed, air is sealed into distinct compartments, facilitating placement and offering stability.

Order Processing 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received and begun processing your order.

Stock availability is confirmed after purchase:

  • In stock: Your order will be prepared and shipped.

  • Out of stock/backorder: We will contact you with available options, which may include an estimated restock date, an alternative product, or a refund if you choose not to proceed.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order ships.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be approved at our discretion only if the order has not been placed/paid with the supplier or shipped.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.

After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.

Certain products, including pre-orders, backorders, custom items, and select brands, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.

Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.

If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Final Sale Items

The following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.

If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments

Large or freight items are delivered to the address provided at checkout and are typically not returned to sender. Tracking details will be provided.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to the sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand.
We can provide proof of purchase and assist with documentation; however, warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.

After the return period, repair or replacement decisions are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and may require return of the defective item.
