This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear, and it does not extend to non-durable components such as rubber accessories, casters, and grips, which wear with normal use and are replaced periodically. What is the weight capacity?

How do I adjust the handle height?
Loosen the knob on the handle tube, slide it to the height you want between 30" and 37", then retighten until secure. Always test stability before applying your full weight to the handgrips.
How do the loop locks work?
Pull up slightly with your fingers to slow down gradually, press down firmly with your palms until you hear a click to lock the wheels in place, or push back up on both loop locks to release them. Always engage or release both sides at the same time.
Can the hand brakes be adjusted?
Yes. Turn the adjustment nut at the wheel clockwise to tighten it or counterclockwise to loosen it as the brakes wear in with normal use.
Is the backrest removable?
