• The Manual Articulation foundation elevates the head and knee sections of the bed.

MANUAL ELECTRIC COMBO

• The Manual Electric Combo foundation elevates the head and knee sections of the bed, electrically with a corded remote. The Hi-Lo feature uses a manual crank to raise and lower the foundation.

MANUAL HI-LO

• The Manual Hi-Lo foundation uses a manual crank to raise and lower the foundation.

MANUAL HI-LO COMBO

• The Manual Hi-Lo Combo foundation raises and lowers the bed with the center hand crank. The head and knee sections operate by turning two outer manual cranks, one for each section.

ELECTRIC ARTICULATION

• The Electric Articulation foundation elevates the head and knee sections of the bed. Operates by corded remote control.

ELECTRIC HI-LO COMBO

  The SleepSafe® Bed is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Sleep Safe Beds, LLC will repair or replace any defective part at no cost to the purchaser if the shipping of the part is within the continental United States.

• Limited Five Year SleepSafe® Bed Warranty
  During the second through fifth years from the date of purchase, SleepSafe Beds, LLC will replace any part found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay all service and shipping costs related to the replacement of the defective part.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to the following:

Return Requirements:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documents
• Subject to 25% restocking fee

Once returned and inspected by the manufacturer, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Inspections typically take 7–10 business days.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 4–8 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Orders from Canada may take longer due to customs clearance.

📦 Damages Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If there’s damage, take photos of the box, product, and damage, and email them to support@firstclassmobility.com within 24 hours with your order number and a short description.

Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.

Defective Items 

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a free replacement at no cost to you.  The item must be returned before a replacement will be shipped; a pre-paid return label will be provided.

📭 Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable during delivery and the item is returned to the sender:

• 25% restocking fee applies
• You’re responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs

To avoid this, contact the freight carrier or our team to reschedule your delivery.
