The Encore Hospital Bed from Span America is built to enhance safety, convenience, and care for patients and caregivers alike. It features the GlideAlign retractable deck, which adjusts smoothly to keep the patient properly positioned, Its ReadyWide means it has pre Installed extenders, that can expand from 36" to 39"-42", allowing the bed to fit different mattress sizes and user needs. With a weight capacity that can carry up to 600lbs.
The Intelligent Smart Stop system adds an extra layer of safety by automatically pausing the bed in low positions to reduce the risk of falls. With advanced positioning options like the Comfort Chair for improved mobility and Cardiac Care to support heart and lung function, this bed provides a reliable and versatile solution for diverse healthcare needs.
It features durable, easy-to-clean wide-arched slats and a lifetime welding guarantee. The bed includes a baseboard bumper bar, heavy-duty 3" casters, and mobility at any height with head and foot-end floor locks. Components are polyester powder-coated for durability. Additional features include a foot-end controller, a backlit 9-button control pendant, fixed mattress retainers, a vascular foot ratchet, and under-bed lights for discreet illumination.

Smart Stop prevents falls by prohibiting the user from trying to egress from a dangerously too-low level. Lowering into the low height zone is only possible using the FEC. Flashing indicators display as the bed goes into the low height zone. Under-bed indicators can also be switched over to discreet nighttime floor level illumination.
Ergonomic 3-position assist device locks at a right angle to the bed for sturdy ingress/egress support, protecting both user and caregiver. Both the 3-position and half-length assist devices are made of molded, pleasing-to-touch materials.

All our products are sourced directly from manufacturers. If you need to exchange a product, you must first receive a return authorization form. Each manufacturer sets their own timeframes for possible returns. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during returns and exchanges.
Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method. While inspections can take up to four weeks, they are usually completed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be adjusted for outbound and return shipping costs, handling, and a 25% restocking fee.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.

BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own.
