At the heart of SEATA Lightweight Folding Rollator is Strongback Mobility’s patented ergonomic backrest system. The 25° angled backrest and 12° seat angle work together to promote a healthy spine position when seated. Plus, the flip-up seat allows you to walk closer to the frame, so you’re not hunched over like with traditional walkers.

Built with oversized 9" front and 12" rear wheels, SEATA makes sidewalk cracks, grass, or uneven terrain less of a hassle. The wider wheelbase gives you extra stability side-to-side and front-to-back, reducing the risk of tipping. Returns requested after 7 days, up to 14 days, are only eligible for an exchange and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-orders are paid upfront to secure your item. While we always strive to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as manufacturing or supplier issues). Because pre-orders are reserved and allocated in advance, they are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee will apply.
Returns that require a refund are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
Returns for exchange are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and return the defective item before a replacement can be shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you choose not to accept a replacement and instead request a return, the order will be treated as a standard return. In this case, the following applies:
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
Large Freight Deliveries (Including the PLIFT by Discover Your Mobility)
Large freight deliveries are not usually returned to sender. They will be dropped off at the delivery address you provide.
You will be given tracking details to monitor your shipment.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries, as the freight carrier will leave the item at your address.
Returns to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or otherwise returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
You are also responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs in such cases.

After the return period, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Where items cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will require the defective item to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
