The PRO Matt Plus is a reactive surface designed to provide optimal pressure relief for patients at risk of developing pressure injuries. It helps prevent and treat Stage 1 and 2 pressure injuries and can also assist in the treatment of uncomplicated Stage 3 and 4 pressure injuries, especially for patients who need to be turned frequently. For Stage 3 or 4 injuries, caregivers should reposition the patient off the pressure wound at least twice.
When used with the optional pump, the PRO Matt Plus becomes an active surface with alternating pressure, which helps further relieve pressure and improve circulation, aiding in the treatment of uncomplicated Stage 3 or 4 pressure injuries. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and any white-glove delivery costs are non-refundable.
After 7 days, and up to 14 days from delivery, eligible orders may be exchanged only, subject to the same condition requirements.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, components, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Pre-orders and backorders are paid in full at the time of purchase to secure inventory that is specifically allocated to your order.
Once placed, we immediately commit funds with our suppliers and reserve inventory. For this reason, pre-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, or freight and logistics issues.
If an exception is approved at our sole discretion, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from any approved refund.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, the manufacturer will offer a replacement at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A replacement requires the defective item to be returned before a new unit is shipped. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved claims.
If you decline a replacement and request a return instead, the request will be handled under the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.
Damage not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for a claim.
