For Stage 3 or 4 injuries, caregivers should reposition the patient off the pressure wound at least twice.
When used with the optional pump, the PRO Matt Plus becomes an active surface with alternating pressure, which helps further relieve pressure and improve circulation, aiding in the treatment of uncomplicated Stage 3 or 4 pressure injuries.
