A: Folding the So Lite Scooter is so simple! Just pull out the fold knob and at the same time gently lower the seatback down into its folded position. Once the seatback is folded, loosen the tiller adjuster knob and gently lower the tiller into the folded position. Then re-tighten the tiller knob to hold the tiller in position.
Q:How do you charge the So Lite Scooter's battery?
A: The scooter's battery can easily be charged by plugging directly into the port on the handlebars. No removal of battery required (although, if you prefer, you can remove the battery to charge it).

A: Depending upon usage (travel speed, user weight, etc.), the So Lite Scooter's battery will last up to eight miles of use
Q:How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
A: Charging can take up to six hours or less, depending on the level of power already used. With a range of up to eight miles, most owners rarely run the battery all the way down in a single day.
Q:How long will a battery last before it will need to be replaced?
A: The short answer is, it depends on usage and conditions. The battery on average lasts for several years for many of our customers.

A: The Scooter's battery weighs approximately 3.7 lbs.
Q:What is the warranty on the So Lite Scooter?
A: TThe So Lite Scooter frame and mechanical components are covered with a one-year limited warranty. The original supplied tires and fabric seat are covered with a limited warranty for six months. You can find out more information about the warranty in the User Manual & Warranty package.
Shipping and Returns
When you place an order, your product will ship within 48 business hours from the date of sale. For example, an order placed on Monday will ship no later than Wednesday. Our standard ground shipping typically arrives between 3-5 business days after your order is shipped. Please note that if an order is placed during a national holiday, there may be a delay in processing your order. Presently we are able to fulfill orders only in the USA.
WARRANTY
Journey Health & Lifestyle® warrants all our products to be free from defects in materials, workmanship and assembly. A standard twelve (12) months warranty from the original purchase date applies to the core list of Journey products under normal use in accordance with specifications and warnings and with some limitations, exclusions, restraints or extensions including but not limited to parts, labor, service and other specific considerations. (Specific additional limitations and extensions of warranty, particularly as they relate to the Journey Health & Lifestyle® line of mobility products, can be found in the Addendum below.) If within the twelve-month warranty period, any component or part shall be proven to the satisfaction of Journey Health & Lifestyle® to be defective, the product shall, at the option of Journey Health & Lifestyle®, be repaired or replaced. Contact Journey Health & Lifestyle® before sending any product for warranty repair or replacement. Do not send any product without our prior written consent.
Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, damage in shipment, improper operation or failure to follow instructions according to the User Manual, component failure, improper storage, neglect of prescribed maintenance procedures, repair or attempted repair or modifications made or authorized by anyone other than Journey Health & Lifestyle®, normal gradual reduction in battery performance due to heavy use, deterioration due to external factors such as extremes in temperature or humidity, corrosive atmosphere or other natural events such as lightning, flood or circumstances beyond the control of Journey Health & Lifestyle®.
This warranty applies in North America only and is extended only to the original purchaser of the product when purchased directly from Journey Health & Lifestyle® (USA) and is nontransferable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from place to place.
The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other express warranties or implied warranties, if any, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and shall not extend beyond the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Journey Health & Lifestyle® shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever and disclaims any liability beyond the initial purchase price of the product.
Addendum
In addition to the previously cited provisions and limitations, other warranty considerations for the line of Journey Health & Lifestyle® mobility products (Zinger, Zoomer, Zoomer Lite, Perfect Walker, So Lite Wheelchair, So Lite Scooter, So Lite Glide, all UPWalkers) include the following extensions and exclusions:
In addition to the previously cited provisions of the standard one-year warranty above, the frame, mechanical and electrical components including the motor of each mobility product in the Journey Health & Lifestyle® mobility line is further specifically warrantied for the same twelve-month period. In addition, warrantied instead for a six- (6) month period are the originally supplied battery, tires, fabric seat, seat back and seat cushion, all guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the original purchase date.
If, within such warranty period, any component or part shall be proven to the satisfaction of Journey Health & Lifestyle® to be defective, the product shall at the option of Journey Health & Lifestyle® be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished product components. In some cases an installation kit with instructions may be provided to the owner to facilitate installation of a replacement product component. Warranty relating to mobility products does not include any labor charges incurred in product component installation. The warranty period of the repaired or replaced product shall terminate with the termination of the warranty period for the original product. The sole obligation of Journey Health & Lifestyle®, and the customer’s exclusive remedy under this warranty, shall be limited to such repaired or replaced product.
In addition to the previously cited provisions and limitations of the standard one-year warranty above, additional warranty considerations for the UPbed Standard include one-year service with full coverage on parts, including labor, and two-to-three-year full coverage on parts (no labor), and four-to-ten-year coverage on bed frame and non-electric mechanisms. Coverage for the UPbed Independence includes two years on components and 10 years on the bed frame.
In addition to the previously cited provisions and limitations of the standard one-year warranty above, additional warranty considerations for the Journey Health & Lifestyle® lift chair line include a lifetime warranty on the lift mechanism and frame, and three-year warranty on the electronic components.

Return and Refund Policy
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. This email confirms that your order has been processed, and your credit card has been pre-authorized.
Our team will verify the product’s availability for immediate packaging and shipping. If the item is out of stock or on backorder, we will promptly notify you by phone or email.
Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we strive to accommodate cancellations, please note that if your order has already been processed with the manufacturer but has not yet shipped, the manufacturer may charge a processing fee. Any such fees will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and Returns.
All our products are sourced directly from manufacturers. If you need to exchange a product, you must first receive a return authorization form. Each manufacturer sets their own timeframes for possible returns. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during returns and exchanges.
Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method. While inspections can take up to four weeks, they are usually completed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be adjusted for outbound and return shipping costs, handling, and a 25% restocking fee.
If you do not see the refund within 7 business days after approval, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as additional processing times may apply.
Returns
You can return your purchase within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling plus 25% restocking fees. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

When you are making a purchase from firstclassmobility.com, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:
I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to First Class Mobility within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
I understand that I am responsible for the cost of shipping both ways in the event of a return or exchange, including the cost of return shipping and the shipping cost for the new product in case of a refund or exchange.
I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur.
I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund.
I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any handling, outbound and return shipping costs plus restocking fees of 25%.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to [email] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

Missed Delivery and Return Policy
In the event that a scheduled delivery appointment is missed due to the freight company's inability to make the delivery, and the goods are returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for the following:
A 25% restocking + Handling Fees
Outbound and return shipping costs associated with the delivery attempt.
We advise all customers to ensure availability during the scheduled delivery window to avoid these additional charges. If there are any issues with the appointment, please contact the freight company or our customer service team to reschedule as soon as possible
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Top-notch Service: First Class Mobility Delivers
I recently purchased a Journey So Lite folding mobility scooter from First Class Mobility. The salesman knew I was working with a very tight time schedule in order to receive the scooter before an upcoming trip. When they discovered they would not be able to honor the original delivery date, they immediately contacted me to offer alternatives. Through their persistence and working relationship with the manufacturer and delivery company, they were able to get the scooter I wanted to me in time for the trip. They went far beyond my expectations by even offering a more expensive expedited delivery at their cost. I could not have asked more from any company.
By having a scooter previously approved by both the FAA and American Airlines, we were able to get through checking in and security checkpoints without any problems. I am very pleased with both the scooter and First Class Mobility and would recommend both to anyone in need of of a mobility scooter. Received my scooter Solite 1 about a year ago and I’m so impressed. Powerful, nimble, and opens and folds for transport in seconds. Traveling can be very rough on scooters traveling along with luggage. The plastic fenders rip off on the first 14 day trip, haven’t really missed them as I have only been caught in the rain once.This scooter opened the world of travel back up for me. 🙏🏻
